Ready to ship orders may be returned, at the buyer’s expense, for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Returns for custom orders will only be accepted if the item arrives damaged as certain pieces can take upwards of 12 hours of work, excluding consultation and design time.
As I make each of my products using freshwater pearls, repurposed components from broken or secondhand jewellery, there may be some variation in colouration of pearls or glass and gemstone beads which should be expected as part of the nature of each piece.
I make each piece by opening and closing steel jumprings so some discrepancies can happen with closures or attachments. Any orders that arrive damaged will be replaced or fixed and returned at no additional cost to the buyer.
In addition to this, I offer a free maintenance and fixing service, regardless of time of purchase in order to ensure the longevity of your purchase so you can enjoy it for years to come.
