Returns and Repairs Policy

Most of my products will be made to order, so I can only accept returns for a full refund in the instance that the product comes damaged or flawed. 

Everything is made by me opening and closing every link, which takes anywhere between a few hours and a couple of days. All the silver pieces are made from stainless steel which is hypoallergenic and won't ever tarnish. The gold pieces are gold-plated stainless steel, and will fade over time with wear. 

I would love for the necklaces and accessories I send out to be treasured for years to come and to help you hold on to these pieces forever, I'm offering a free repairs service (not including the price of postage) in the instance that any links come open and disrupt the weave, just let me know and I will do any repairs needed and get it back to you.
