Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted on Ready to Ship pieces within 30 days of order, with the buyer paying for the return postage. Any pieces delivered with a flaw or needing an alteration will be repaired and sent back for free.

Due to the nature of chainmail being interwoven steel links, it’s possible for wear to damage the weave over time. I offer a lifetime repair service so for as long as Leverette exists, you can post or bring your item along to me at a market for a free repair.

All custom sales are final, and the same lifetime repair offer applies.
